Todos los pedidos se envían de lunes a viernes (excepto algunos días festivos). Recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de pedido cuando se procese su compra. Su pedido se procesará y enviará dentro de los 7 a 10 días hábiles posteriores a la realización del pedido (excepto fines de semana y feriados). Los artículos en existencia se enviarán en un plazo de 48 horas.

NO NOS HACEMOS RESPONSABLES DE PAQUETES PERDIDOS O ROBADOS.
Luego de procesar su orden, el envío tardará aproximadamente 5 días hábiles en llegar. Este tiempo es estimado para los Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico.
Los envíos se hacen sobre "USPS" Correo Federal de los Estados Unidos.
Puede rastrear su orden con el tracking number utilizando la aplicación "USPS" o en la página Internet https://www.usps.com/
En caso de proporcionar datos erróneos de su dirección postal y el correo nos devuelve el paquete tendrá que pagar el envío para poderle volver a enviar su orden (el dinero no es reembolsable). Se enviarán 3 emails con notificación del paquete devuelto. Si no obtenemos respuesta se cancelará la orden y no podrá reclamar el paquete. Debe enviar email explicativo a pureromancebysol140850@gmail.com con número de pedido y dirección correcta.
Es de suma responsabilidad del cliente estar al pendiente de la devolución de su paquete hasta que llegue nuevamente a nuestras manos.
Una vez que usted realice su orden, la misma no podrá ser cancelada. La compra será firme y final.
Si al momento de recibir su paquete le falta algún producto o tiene alguna reclamación usted tendrá 24 horas para realizarla. Tendrá que enviar un email explicativo con número de pedido y evidencias en video a pureromancebysol140850@gmail.com Luego de pasadas las 24 horas no se aceptará reclamación alguna.
Si está esperando su paquete y le surge algún inconveniente o usted sale de viaje debe de realizar la notificación inmediatamente para poder retener su paquete hasta que usted pueda recibirlo. Por otra parte, si el paquete ya fue enviado será su responsabilidad estar al pendiente del rastreo del mismo.
Garantía de faltante y/o defectos en mi pedido Chulerías by Sol. Para efectos de calidad, revisamos todos los paquetes al momento de enviarlo asegurándonos que esté completa su orden, además todos los paquetes son elaborados frente una cámara de seguridad para corroborar que se empaquen las ordenes completas. Para que tu garantía por faltante y/o defectos en tu pedidos sea validada el cliente deberá cumplir con los puntos de garantía de envíos, y al momento de abrir tu paquete deberás tomar video a toda la caja por todos los ángulos, para verificar que el paquete no haya sido alterado y/o violado, evitando que el video se corte ya que si se recibe el video con cortes no aplicará tu garantía, de esta forma estarás asegurándote de recibir tu pedido completo y en dado caso que por error no te llegara un producto deberás notificarlo al correo pureromancebysol140850.com describiendo tu situación con tu video adjunto.

After processing your order, the shipment will take approximately 5 business days to arrive. This time is estimated for the United States and Puerto Rico.
